Masters Swimming
This program is for anyone over the age of 18 who is interested in swimming. These are structured workouts and individualized sroke technique is available at all practices. Whether you are just swimming to stay in shape or trying to perfect your swimming for triathalons, this program is right for you! Practices are three mornings a week. Please contact Coach Molly for more information, as practice times vary throughout the year.
Current Practice Times: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 5:00-6:30am Tuesday, Thursday 6:30-7:30pm
